It is the first thing we ask on every call. If water is actively leaking, shut the valve off, then tell us what happened.

Before we arrive, know where your main water shutoff is and clear a path to the water heater. That is the whole of the homework.

    Book online or call. We need about four hours of notice and we book out fourteen days.

    We come out and find it.

    The $79 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair.

    You approve the number first.

    Nothing gets touched until you have the price in front of you.

    It carries two years.

    Every repair carries a 2-year parts and labor warranty. If it leaks again, we come back at no charge.

Two years, parts and labor.

Every repair carries a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Water heater installs carry six years on the tank.

If it leaks again, we come back at no charge. That is the whole policy.

Do you charge to come out?

The $79 diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the repair.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Colorado master plumber license and $2M liability coverage.

Do you work on Sundays?

Only for emergencies, at the emergency call-out rate.

Payment. We take cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Zelle. Card payments are due when the job is done. Financing through Wisetack for jobs over $1,500.

Changes. Cancel or move your appointment at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge a $75 trip fee.
